Every piece is physically here at our facility, and we have seen every piece with our own two eyes. These pieces came out of nice and clean homes, have been gently used, and have no major scratches, dings, gouges, odors, or missing parts unless noted in the product description. We have a streamlined shipping process and we can get any piece(s) delivered to your residence seamlessly and drama-free, no matter where in the United States you are. We are also more than happy to accommodate local pickups or arrange furniture previews by appointment.

The logistics of shipping furniture are not simple. The pieces we stock are often “one of a kind” products, and cannot easily be replaced if damage occurs. We want to take the appropriate care to make sure that not only your order but everyone’s orders arrive at their respective destinations in the same great condition in which our customers purchased them. This requires careful handling, coordination, and time.
We will book most orders with a small market delivery service provider who will carefully stretch wrap and blanket wrap your order, along with several other orders going in your general direction. Sometimes, if we can’t get a booking from a blanket mover, or if there are scheduling complications with a mover, we will prepare your order in-house to ship freight. Most smaller pieces like nightstands and end tables ship FedEx.
Here at High End Used Furniture, we’re on the ball! After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation from us explaining all the shipping details. Once we book your order with a delivery service provider, we will send you a booking update via email. Once your order has been picked up, we will send another update via email. Once your delivery service provider has his routes lined out through your area, they will call you direct to discuss all the delivery logistics and timing at least 48 hours in advance.
All economy deliveries take place at your driveway/curbside. Your order WILL NOT be delivered inside unless other arrangements in advance. We offer inside delivery in most locations for a minimum of $150 up-charge. Call us if you’d like to discuss inside delivery options: 816-651-6155
We’re more than happy to accommodate your schedule. If you can’t be ready for any reason to receive a delivery within 30 to 45 days, we will happily place your order on hold. Just keep in mind that our 30 to 45 day delivery window will not clock in until we release your order from hold and begin shipping procedures.
If there are no general complications with your order, and you have personally changed your mind regarding the item(s) you have purchased after delivery, you may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. In this case, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are also non refundable. You will also be responsible for the repair/damage costs that may occur during return transit. Once the item(s) arrive safely back at our facility, we will issue the appropriate refund.
We really try to go above and beyond to make sure damage does not occur in the shipping process. Our overall damage rate is under 1%. But, in the rare event that there is damage, we request that you send pictures of your concerns. Once we see the pictures, we will have a better idea of how to assist you in your particular situation. Most damage is very minor, and can easily be repaired. In this case, we would have you reach out to a local wood repair shop or an antique store that handles repairs and get a binding, written estimate for repair. We’ll be more than happy to assist in compensation to bring your item(s) back to the condition that you were expecting when you placed your order. For more severe damage, all of our orders ships insured, and we will deal with claims accordingly for a satisfactory result.

Also, be aware that we store our items tightly at our facility, and can be hard to see. No, we do not. Full payment for the purchase price and shipping is due up front before we can initiate an order. However, we have partnered with PayPal Credit and you can make purchases through our website with PayPal Credit (upon approval) and get six months of zero-interest financing.
