- Your order will be shipped insured and delivered at your residence, to your curbside/driveway.
- Delivery WILL NOT be made inside, or upstairs, unless other arrangements have been made.
- 14 day return policy after receiving your order for the refund of the purchase price.
- While we offer free shipping and delivery to your residence, returns are not free. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for dining chairs at $330 for the first chair, and $130 for each additional chair.
- Free shipping does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
- If the item(s) ships to Missouri, or is picked up at our location, sales tax of 6.225% will be collected.

- With over 20 years in the furniture business, we have learned that when we take our time and handle our orders with great care and respect, the chances are much higher that we get your order in your hands safe and sound.
- Delivery time is an average of 30-45 days. Delivery time could be a little sooner, or a little later, depending on where the movers are with their current routes.
- We will require at least one valid contact phone number where the trucking company can reach you to make delivery arrangements before we can ship your order.
- If, for some reason, there is a delay in getting a good contact phone number for you, this could result in a substantial delay in receiving your order.
- The trucking company will be giving you a call after they have loaded your order to arrange a delivery appointment. If the phone call is not answered, they will leave a voicemail, or maybe send a text. If the trucking company does not receive a prompt response from you, this could result in a substantial delay in receiving your order.
- If you plan to be on vacation or will be unavailable to receive delivery for any reason during particular dates, please let us know in advance so that we can notify the movers. We are happy to work around your schedule but be aware that this could result in a delay in receiving your order.
Inside and/or Upstairs Delivery:
- In some areas, inside and/or upstairs delivery is available for an additional fee. This charge will vary based on your location, residential circumstances, and the size of your order.
- Inside and/or upstairs delivery requires a specific moving company and could take 90 days or more to deliver.
- Inside and/or upstairs delivery is not available in all areas.
- Most of our orders ship out on large trucks/trailers that are 28 feet in length or longer.
- If there are any obstacles at your residence such as long driveways, tight turns, trees, mountains, etc., please let us know in advance so that we can discuss with our movers and make them aware of the delivery situation.
- In very rare circumstances, we may need to evaluate and consider alternative shipping options based on your residential situation.
